Williams Home Innovations
Building the Future, Repairing the Past
Most people call us about one thing. A roof. A kitchen. A storm that could not wait. They keep calling because of everything after.
We are one Northeast Ohio family, four generations of us, working here since 1976. Whatever your house needs — inside, outside, or both — it is one company, one contract, and people you will know by name.
We handle the process. You enjoy the results.
A live person answers, day or night — never a call center in another state. Free inspection, written estimate, and nobody pressuring you to sign that day.
Find out what you actually have.
Ten minutes on your roof tells you more than ten opinions from the driveway. No ladder required from you, no cost, no obligation — and if it has five more years in it, that is what we will tell you.
- Free written report with photographs, yours to keep
- No pressure, no same-day-only pricing
- Storm and insurance work documented to carrier standard
Three disciplines. One company that answers for all of them.
Most contractors pick a lane. We deliberately did not — because the storm that takes your roof also soaks your ceiling, and you should not have to hire three companies and referee them.
Ground to roof. Design to punch list.
Most homeowners end up running their own project — a roofer here, a cabinet installer there, a designer who never speaks to either of them, and a schedule nobody owns.
We are a family-owned, family-run company built so you never have to do that. Custom craftsmanship on the outside and the inside, insurance claims and restoration when the weather has other ideas, and the design and project management that ties it all together — under one contract, with one person accountable for the whole thing.
We handle the process. You enjoy the results.

Your carrier sends someone to inspect. You should have a contractor up there too.
The adjuster who climbs your roof works for the company writing the check. That is not a scandal — it is their job. The problem is when nobody is standing up there representing you.
- Free pre-claim inspection — know exactly what you have before you ever file, so you are not opening a claim you do not need.
- We meet your adjuster on site and walk the roof together, with photographs, test squares and NOAA storm data matched to your date of loss.
- Supplements for what gets missed — deteriorated decking, code-required ice-and-water shield, underpriced line items.
- In most approved claims your out-of-pocket cost is your deductible — and we put your expected figure in writing before work starts. We invoice your carrier directly and submit the documentation needed to release the withheld depreciation.

Storm damage or an active leak? Do not wait until morning.
Water spreads through a structure in hours. Call and a person answers — night, weekend, holiday — and our target is boots on site within 60 minutes across Summit, Medina and Stark counties.
No mystery. No pressure. No surprise invoice.
Here is exactly what happens from the moment you call to the moment we hand you the warranty.
Free Inspection & Consultation
We come to you — no charge, no obligation, no high-pressure close. We inspect what you asked us about and everything connected to it, photograph what we find, and show you the pictures on the spot.
Written Scope & Fixed Price
You get a line-item written proposal — materials, labor, permits, disposal, warranty — with a fixed number. Not a range. Not a 'starting at.' Insurance work gets the carrier-format scope instead.
Design, Selections & Permits
For remodeling and additions we produce drawings and 3D renderings, walk your selections, and pull every permit with your city or township. Nothing gets ordered until you have signed off.
Build & Daily Communication
One project manager, a written schedule with every trade's dates, a protected and swept job site each evening, and a call whenever something changes.
Six reasons to put us on your list.
We are not the cheapest bid you will get. We are the one that shows up, tells you the truth about what your house actually needs, does the work properly, and stands behind it afterward.
Four generations, one family
The same family has been building in Northeast Ohio since 1976. The person who answers your call has a name, a face, and a reputation in this community to protect.
Custom craftsmanship, inside and out
Roofs, siding and outdoor living on one side; kitchens, baths, flooring, tile and additions on the other. Same crews, same standards, same people answering for it.
One company from design to punch list
In-house design, permits, trades, schedule and inspections. You are not managing four contractors and refereeing their arguments — that is our job, not yours.
Exteriors and interiors under one contract
Storm took the roof and soaked the ceiling? One company handles the roof, the drywall, the paint and the flooring — and one company answers for all of it.
Fixed written pricing
A line-item scope with a real number before anything starts. No 'starting at,' no surprise change orders for work we should have seen coming.
Insurance claims are a specialty, not a favor
We document to carrier standard, meet your adjuster on the roof, and file supplements for what gets missed — and we answer the emergency line at 3 AM.
Watch what a Williams job site actually looks like.
Kitchens coming together, roofs coming off, storm crews working at first light. We would rather show you than tell you.
- Inside: dust containment, floors covered, your home put back in order at the end of every day
- Outside: full tear-off, site protected, magnet-swept every single evening
- One project manager from demolition to final walkthrough, with photographic documentation on every job
What we put in writing on every job.
Not a slogan on a truck. These are terms that appear on the contract you sign, and you can hold us to every one of them.
A line-item fixed price
Scope, materials and a real number agreed before anything starts. No “starting at.” No change order for work we should have seen coming.
A written workmanship warranty
Our labor warranty in writing, alongside the manufacturer’s material warranty. Both handed to you at closeout, not promised on a handshake.
Photographs of the whole job
Before, during and after — every project, insurance claim or not. The file is yours to keep, and it is what settles a question years later.
A schedule, and a call when it changes
You get a written start date and the milestones in between. If something moves — weather, an inspection, a material on back order — you hear it from us first, not when nobody shows up.
All of Northeast Ohio — 11 counties, 50-mile radius.
Our office is on South Cleveland Massillon Road in Akron. From there we cover Summit, Medina, Stark, Cuyahoga, Portage, Wayne, Mahoning, Lorain, Geauga, Lake and Tuscarawas counties.
Questions Northeast Ohio homeowners ask us
Do you charge for inspections or estimates?
No. Inspections, consultations and written estimates are free across every service we offer, including full storm damage assessments. There is no obligation and no high-pressure close.
What areas do you serve?
All of Northeast Ohio within roughly a 50-mile radius of our Akron office — Summit, Medina, Stark, Cuyahoga, Portage, Wayne, Mahoning, Lorain, Geauga, Lake and Tuscarawas counties.
Are you insured, and are you registered to work in my city?
Yes to both. We carry full general liability and workers' compensation coverage and can provide certificates directly to you or your insurance carrier. Ohio does not issue a state license for residential roofing or remodeling — it is handled city by city — and we hold the contractor registration required in every municipality we pull permits in.
How quickly can you get to an emergency?
Our emergency line is answered live 24/7/365, and our target is boots on site within 60 minutes across our core Summit, Medina and Stark County area. Further out it depends on distance and conditions.
Do you handle the insurance claim paperwork?
We handle the construction side of it completely: documentation, scope, adjuster meetings, supplements and direct carrier invoicing. You still own the policy relationship, but you are never doing it alone.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we work with third-party home improvement lenders. Options run from 12- to 18-month same-as-cash promotions to long-term fixed-rate terms. Ask your consultant to run the numbers alongside your estimate.
What warranty comes with the work?
Every project carries our written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. Warranty length varies by service and material — the exact terms are stated in your written proposal before you sign anything.
Can you match my existing materials?
In most cases, yes. Where a product line has been discontinued we source the closest available match and show you a physical sample against your existing material before ordering.
Get a real number from a real contractor.
Free inspection, free written estimate, and an honest answer about whether you need the work at all. We have been doing this in Northeast Ohio for fifty years — we are not going anywhere.
