4 generations of Northeast Ohio craftsmen.
Family owned since 1976. Roofing, exteriors, remodeling, storm restoration and insurance claim documentation — from an office on South Cleveland Massillon Road, not a franchise handbook.
Four generations. One region. The same last name on every job.
Williams Home Innovations has been building and repairing Northeast Ohio homes since 1976. Four generations of the same family have worked these streets — through the steel decline, through more than one housing crash, and through the ice storms and hail this region keeps producing.
That kind of longevity is not an accident and it is not a marketing line. It is what happens when a company cannot afford a bad reputation, because the people buying from it live four streets over and go to the same schools.
The construction industry has a churn problem. Companies appear after a hailstorm, sell aggressively for eighteen months, and vanish before the first warranty claim. Homeowners are left holding a piece of paper with a disconnected phone number on it. We have been cleaning up after those companies for decades — re-roofing houses that were "done" three years ago, opening up walls to find no flashing at all.
Our answer to that has always been simple: do the work correctly the first time, put the price in writing, answer the phone afterward, and stay where you are.

A real person, and a phone that gets answered.
When you call Williams Home Innovations you are not routed to a call center in another state. You get someone from this office — people who live here, work here, and will still be here when your warranty matters.
- Your project manager is assigned before demolition, not after a complaint.
- You get a direct number — not a general inbox.
- Weekly written progress updates with photographs on every multi-week project.
- Our own crews on the critical trades, and vetted, insured, licensed specialists where a specialist is genuinely better.
Six reasons to put us on your list.
We are not the cheapest bid you will get. We are the one that shows up, tells you the truth about what your house actually needs, does the work properly, and stands behind it afterward.
Four generations, one family
The same family has been building in Northeast Ohio since 1976. The person who answers your call has a name, a face, and a reputation in this community to protect.
Custom craftsmanship, inside and out
Roofs, siding and outdoor living on one side; kitchens, baths, flooring, tile and additions on the other. Same crews, same standards, same people answering for it.
One company from design to punch list
In-house design, permits, trades, schedule and inspections. You are not managing four contractors and refereeing their arguments — that is our job, not yours.
Exteriors and interiors under one contract
Storm took the roof and soaked the ceiling? One company handles the roof, the drywall, the paint and the flooring — and one company answers for all of it.
Fixed written pricing
A line-item scope with a real number before anything starts. No 'starting at,' no surprise change orders for work we should have seen coming.
Insurance claims are a specialty, not a favor
We document to carrier standard, meet your adjuster on the roof, and file supplements for what gets missed — and we answer the emergency line at 3 AM.
Five rules we do not bend.

Licensed, insured, and verifiable
- General liability insurance on every project
- Workers' compensation coverage on every crew member
- Permits pulled on every job — which means municipal registration in every city we work
- Written workmanship warranty on all completed work
A contractor who cannot pull a permit in your city is not registered in it. Ask any contractor for their permit history — if they hesitate, that tells you something important.
What we put in writing on every job.
Not a slogan on a truck. These are terms that appear on the contract you sign, and you can hold us to every one of them.
A line-item fixed price
Scope, materials and a real number agreed before anything starts. No “starting at.” No change order for work we should have seen coming.
A written workmanship warranty
Our labor warranty in writing, alongside the manufacturer’s material warranty. Both handed to you at closeout, not promised on a handshake.
Photographs of the whole job
Before, during and after — every project, insurance claim or not. The file is yours to keep, and it is what settles a question years later.
A schedule, and a call when it changes
You get a written start date and the milestones in between. If something moves — weather, an inspection, a material on back order — you hear it from us first, not when nobody shows up.
Let's talk about your project.
Free inspection, free written estimate, and a straight answer.
