When the storm hits, minutes decide the cost.
24/7 emergency response, storm damage restoration, insurance claim advocacy, interior design, project management and construction advisory for Northeast Ohio property owners.
The first hours decide what this ends up costing you.
Water finds its way in within hours, not days. The difference between a $4,000 repair and a $40,000 rebuild is usually how fast something got dried and covered. We answer the phone at 3 AM, we tarp and stabilize first, and we document every square foot for your insurance carrier before a single nail gets pulled.

Emergency, Storm & Advisory — common questions
What does an emergency call-out cost?
The inspection and damage assessment are free. Emergency mitigation — tarping, board-up, water extraction — is covered under many homeowner policies. We document it to carrier standard and bill it into the claim wherever your policy allows. You get the number in writing before we start.
How long do I have to file a storm claim in Ohio?
Most Ohio homeowner policies require notice 'promptly' and set an outside limit of one to two years from the date of loss. Do not wait — the longer you go, the easier it is for a carrier to argue the damage is wear and tear.
What will I actually pay out of pocket?
On an approved claim, your deductible — plus anything you choose to upgrade beyond what the carrier approved. We invoice your carrier directly for the approved scope and submit the documentation needed to release the withheld depreciation, and you get your number in writing before we start.
Will you look at another company's estimate?
Yes, and we do it regularly. We will tell you where a number is high, where it is suspiciously low, and what has been left out of the scope entirely.
