What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, project type, budget range, timeline, project details, and any files you choose to attach. We also collect the page URL the form was submitted from and the submission timestamp.
If analytics is enabled on this site we collect standard, non-identifying usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring source.
How we use it
- To contact you about the project you asked us about.
- To prepare an estimate and schedule an inspection.
- To communicate with your insurance carrier, with your authorization, on claim work.
- To maintain project and warranty records.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with lead-generation networks or marketing companies. We share it only with people directly involved in delivering your project — for example a licensed subcontractor on your job, a material supplier for a delivery, or your insurance carrier when you have asked us to work your claim.
Files you upload
Photos and documents you attach are used solely to assess and document your project. Insurance-related documents are handled as confidential.
Cookies
This site sets no marketing or advertising cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may set its own cookies; you can block these in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
